Barry M Coconut Infusion Nail Paint

Barry M is one of our go to nail polish brands with their Gelly Hi Shine formula being a particular favourite. The drugstore brand are so affordable that you can treat yourself to numerous shades without it breaking the bank! As you cannot get hold of Barry M in the USA we like to take a few shades to Florida with us when we visit for family and friends out there!

L-R; Tiki Hut, Bikini, Surfboard
We were very interested to hear that Barry M were releasing a new range of polish the 'Coconut Infusion' line and we couldn't wait to get hold of a few shades to try out.

Barry M say that the polish's 'unique, caring blend of Coconut Water and Coconut Oil gently hydrates and nourishes nails while delivering a beautifully smooth, gel-like glossy manicure' Well we were definitely up for some of that! It is suggested that the polish is worn with no base coat to allow the nutrients to infuse, hydrate and protect the nails so we applied the polish directly to the nails as instructed.

There are nine shades shown on the official Barry M website:

Aloha

Tiki Hut

Surfboard
Sunkissed
Star Fish
Skinny Dip
Laguna
Flamingo
Bikini

We picked up Tiki Hut; the darkest of the three nude shades, Bikini; an opaque mint green and Surfboard; a pretty pinky lilac.

The application was smooth and the brush is wide enough to coat the nail easily and quickly. All three of the shades we chose are very pigmented and two coats was enough to get an even and opaque coverage. The polishes lasted for 5 days before starting to show any signs of wear and tear.

We were very impressed by these new polishes from Barry M and are definitely tempted to pick up some more to see us through the summer months!

Have you tried the Barry M Coconut Infusion Nail Polish yet? What are your thoughts?
