Spring Polish Picks

We love it when springtime comes around and we can start to bring those pretty spring shades of nail polish out of hibernation! Of course, there are no laws to say you can only wear pretty pastels in the spring or summer however when winter draws in bright nails are usually banished and the deeper colours come out to play. Once Easter arrived we decided to dust off some of our favourite shades for spring and share them with you all!

USA Wish List - Drugstore Edition

In a little over 2 weeks we will be heading to Florida and we have already been planning our purchases! We thought that you would like to see our drugstore and Sephora wish lists and we are looking forward to posting a haul of our purchases when we return! Essence Cosmetics - Review

Essence is a brand that always seems to pass us by. Essence is a budget friendly cosmetic brand that was first launched in Germany in 2002. The owner and developer of the brand wanted to create products that were fun and that offered both affordability and quality. Essence is sold in larger Wilkos stores in the UK, various stores throughout Europe and some Ulta stores in the USA. They have also recently launched in some Target and Loblaws stores in the USA and Canada.

Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor

We were pretty desperate to get our hands on the new Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor when we first started to see them appear in USA beauty blogs and YouTube videos. We put them on our USA wish list as it seemed to take forever for them to be released in the UK! Finally these new releases appeared this week in our local Boots store! To say we were excited to see them is a bit of an understatement and we picked up three of our favourite shades, Seduction, Addiction and Devotion to test and review.

We were in shock when we came across these little boxes of lipsticks at the Freedom stand in Superdrug. 5 Lipsticks in  a set for £5! We couldn't quite believe it! We decided to pick up a few of the sets, "Bare", "Now" and "Pink" so that we could sample the different shades and check them out for you!
