We are off to Orlando, home of Disneyworld and all things Mickey Mouse, in a few days and we will be making a beeline for the fantastic Epcot Food and Wine Festival when we are there.
We have seen so much inspiration on Instagram and Pinterest recently featuring amazing handmade floral and wire ears that we decided to have a go at making our own Food and Wine Festival/Autumnal themed version instead of buying them in the park!
Now, we are no strangers to DIY flower arranging having made all of the bouquets and buttonholes for Mimi's December 2015 wedding ourselves so we felt fairly confident that we could pull it off. It was not quite as easy as we had hoped! However, we persevered and are very happy with the result!
We used the following supplies:
- Flowers in Autumnal Shades
- Miniature Wine Bottles
- Corks
- Miniature Fruit and Berries
- Hair Bands
- Copper Coloured Wire
- Glue Gun
- Pliers and Wire Cutters
- Ribbon
- Florist wire
