Our Top 3 Charlotte Tilbury Products

2015 was the year that we officially became obsessed with Charlotte Tilbury products and such is our obsession that we wanted to share with you our Top 3  products from the brand (in no particular order!). We could have made a much longer list but if you are new to Charlotte Tilbury these are our top recommendations that we would suggest you add to your collection without hesitation!

Top of the list is the famous Film Star Bronze and Glow. We adore this beautiful Sculpt and Highlight duo. Of course we had to invest in the wonderfully soft Powder and Sculpt Brush too! (it's important to have the correct tools for the job!) The duo comes in a gorgeous gold compact with a generous and very usable mirror which looks beautiful on display. It has also travelled many thousands of miles with us across the Atlantic and back and we can safely say that is it the perfect bronze and highlight duo to pack in your travel make up bag.

For pale skinned ladies like ourselves the bronzer allows for a natural contour without looking too dark, ashy or orangy (our main bronzer fears!) It's very simple to use and makes creating a natural contour very simple. The highlight shade is our everyday choice due to its naturally glowing finish. It has a shimmery pale champagne glow and never looks overdone. Since we purchased this beautiful product it has been a daily staple in our collection.

Number 2 in our Top 3 is Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation which we both own (although in slightly different shades). This was our foundation of choice for Mimi's wedding day in December. We both wore this foundation all day and well into the night and were amazed at how long lasting it is. It also photographed perfectly with none of the dreaded 'flashback'. This is a medium coverage foundation that comes in a gorgeous glass bottle with a convenient pump applicator. One pump of foundation is the perfect amount for the whole face and it gives great coverage without looking cakey or too matte. It has a very slight dewy finish (both of our skin is on the dry side) and it never clings to any dry patches.

Finally we couldn't complete our Top 3 without including the amazing Eyeshadow Palette that is The Sophisticate. This was purchased as part of The Sophisticate Set and is a standout favourite. The eyeshadows are all matte and the colours are earthy and perfect for a natural eye look - although you can certainly pack on the colour for a smokey eye. The colour pigmentation is amazing (exactly what you would expect from Charlotte) and they blend effortlessly. We are so impressed by these eyeshadow quads (we also have the Fallen Angel quad) and cant wait to try more from the range!.

What are your favourite Charlotte Tilbury products? We'd love to hear your views!

Love Elle and Mimi x
